Elemental Pediatrics LLC is dedicated to advancing the health, healing, and resilience of young people through evidence-based, integrated, comprehensive care. Founded by a pediatric nurse practitioner with extensive clinical and leadership expertise, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed direct patient care. In addition, we partner across agencies to build coordinated, sustainable systems supporting people’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs from infancy through young adulthood.
We offer expert consultation services to organizations seeking to launch clinical programs, develop policies and procedures, and implement evidence-based practices. Through collaborative interagency partnerships, we champion inclusive, culturally attuned care environments empowering children and adolescents impacted by abuse, adversity, and complex health challenges.

Meet the Team
Lynne Frost Baron
DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-BC
With over 3 decades experience working with children, teens, and young adults, as well as being a mom to my 3 grown children, I have a wealth of knowledge to draw from to best serve this population.
As a pediatric nurse practitioner, I am well versed in developmental stages, coupled with a deep understanding of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries affecting health outcomes. This, coupled with my additional training as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, allows me to dive deeper with individuals to understand impacts their behaviors, actions, and traumatic events have on their mental health and wellbeing.
I partner with patients and/or their family, to prioritize preventative measures to strive for optimal health. When necessary, I offer therapy and medication management to further support their healing and long-term health.
